Micro USB
- Micro USB is a comparatively old USB standard specified connector that appeared in 2007. It is a miniaturized specification of the USB interface designed to connect some mobile and compact devices like MP3 players, smartphones, tablets and Bluetooth speakers, digital cameras, etc. Micro USB was designed to make the devices slimmer thus we can connect it to the computers and hubs. Micro USB is capable to transfer power supply as well as data at the same time. Data transfer speed of micro USB, as well as USB type C, depends upon the technologies which these ports are using inside them. A micro USB which we normally see in mobile phones is compatible with up to USB 2.0 with a maximum data transfer speed of 480mbps. we cannot go further than this speed with a micro USB cable.
